Dutitex Heritage is expanding, and we are looking for astrong, proactive, quality-focused Production Managerto join our growing manufacturing unit.

Our work combines embroidery, patchwork, craftsmanship, and modern silhouettes. We produce for international brands, with high standards of quality, ethics, and consistency.

Production Planning & Workflow

• Plan daily/weekly production schedules
• Coordinate sampling approvals production QC dispatch
• Ensure smooth workflow between tailoring, embroidery, and design teams

Team Management

• Supervise tailors, artisans, helpers & support staff
• Assign tasks based on skill & capacity
• Maintain discipline, productivity & positive work environment

Quality Control

• Ensure high-quality finishing, fit & consistency
• Detect defects early and reduce wastage
• Maintain QC checkpoints across all stages

Material & Resource Management

• Monitor fabric, trims, threads, padding & embroidery materials
• Maintain inventory levels
• Coordinate material sourcing and vendor communication

Problem Solving

• Identify & resolve issues in patterns, fit, stitching or embroidery
• Suggest improvements for efficiency
• Work directly with the Creative Director

Reporting & Documentation

• Daily production reports
• Output tracking
• Shipment readiness checks

• 5+ years of garment production experience (jackets, embroidery, or craft-led products preferred)
• Strong knowledge of stitching, construction, and pattern fundamentals
• Experience working with embroidery and artisan techniques
• Ability to manage teams and workflow efficiently
• Excellent communication, planning & reporting skills
• Solution-oriented mindset
