We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Event Manager with a strong production background who can seamlessly manage clients, execute high-impact events, and lead internal teams. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of event production, vendor management, client communication, and on-ground execution.
- This is a pivotal role where you will be the bridge between clients, creative teams, and production teams, ensuring flawless delivery of events.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, expectations, and event objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, senior leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Present concepts, plans, timelines, and budgets to clients confidently and professionally.
- Manage approvals, feedback loops, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Event Planning & Execution- Lead end-to-end planning for corporate events, conferences, offsites, expos, partner events, and experiential activations.
- Prepare detailed event flow, execution plans, run sheets, and contingency plans.
- Oversee venue recce, technical setups, AV planning, stage design, branding layouts, and logistics.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative, content, digital, and ops to ensure timely delivery.
Production Management- Manage all aspects of event production, fabrication, stage design, lighting, sound, LED, printing, branding, and on-ground deployment.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including fabrication teams, AV vendors, logistics partners, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely production, quality checks, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues on-ground and ensure seamless technical execution.
Budgeting & Operations- Prepare comprehensive event budgets and manage costs effectively.
- Track all production expenses, vendor payments, and ensure cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, venue guidelines, and operational protocols.
On-Ground Leadership- Manage the entire on-ground event production and operations.
- Supervise set-up, rehearsals, show-running, and event dismantling.
- Manage teams, ensure alignment, and maintain high work standards under pressure.
Required Skills & Experience- 58 years of experience in event management with strong production expertise.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale corporate events, CXO-level clients, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of AV, fabrication, stage & setup process, branding materials, and production timelines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under tight deadlines, and manage complex projects.
Preferred Background- Experience in Event Agencies, BTL Agencies, or Marketing Agencies.
- Strong background in production-heavy setups, corporate events, tech events, or exhibitions.
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
