Role Overview
We are seeking aCreative & Production Managerwho can seamlessly blendcreative ideationwithon-ground production execution. The role requires a strong creative eye along with hands-on knowledge of fabrication, branding, kiosk setup, AV basics, and event production. You will work closely with strategy, client servicing, and vendors to turn brand concepts into high-quality, real-world experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Ideation & Concept Development
- Convert brand briefs intoinnovative activation concepts, stall ideas, engagement formats, and experience zones.
- Developsketches, layouts, mood boards, and reference decksfor client pitches.
- Work with designers to ensure creative output matches the concept and production feasibility.
2. Production Planning & Execution
- Translate creative ideas into production-ready plans, BOQs, and layouts.
- Oversee fabrication of stalls, kiosks, backdrops, props, branding elements, and installations.
- Conduct site recces to assess measurements, feasibility, power points, and logistics.
3. Vendor & Fabrication Coordination
- Manage fabrication vendors, printing partners, branding teams, and technical crews.
- Ensure accurate timelines, quality standards, and material finishes are maintained.
- Negotiate costs while optimizing production quality and efficiency.
4. On-Ground Supervision
- Lead end-to-end setup of activations, events, mall kiosks, pop-ups, and brand zones.
- Ensure creative elements (design, colors, branding) are aligned perfectly during installation.
- Troubleshoot on-ground issues and ensure smooth execution until handover.
5. Visual & Creative Quality Control
- Maintain strict quality checks on styling, design application, brand guidelines, and fabrication finishing.
- Ensure setups are visually appealing, structurally safe, and match approved creative references.
6. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, client servicing, strategy, and operations teams to deliver cohesive output.
- Provide creative input during pitches and pre-production meetings with clients.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare pre/post-production documentation, recce reports, costing sheets, and production schedules.
- Share setup photos, videos, and closure reports for each activation.
Requirements
- 48 years experience in a marketing/BTL/activation agency.
- Strong understanding offabrication, printing materials, branding, stall design, and event production.
- Ability to convert creative concepts into executable designs.
- Proficient in reading layouts, technical drawings, and production BOQs.
- Keen aesthetic sense and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground supervision.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
