Role Description
- Plan and organize production schedules based on incoming orders.
- Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage labour deployment and ensure smooth execution of the production plan.
- Monitor raw material usage and inventory control to support production demands.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and communicate daily and weekly production reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the production floor.
- Maintain discipline and motivation among production workers.
Qualifications
- 16 years of relevant experience in food or FMCG production supervision.
- Strong skills in production planning, floor supervision, and labour management.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Any graduate degree (B.Sc, B.Tech in Food Technology or relevant field preferred).
- Proficiency with Excel and production reporting tools.
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Noida.
