About Basil Health

We're launching an innovative wellness product designed to help people live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the product's story, craft its experiences, and introduce it to the world from day one.

The Role

We're looking for a creative visionary who can lead the overall product experience end-to-end. You will guide how people discover, understand, and connect with our new wellness product. From developing its narrative to designing engaging experiences, you will ensure every touchpoint inspires, educates, and delights users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop fresh creative ideas and concepts that shape how the product is introduced, talked about, and experienced across all channels.
  • Build the product's identity, story, and visual presence in a way that is emotionally compelling and clearly differentiated.
  • Lead the full launch journey from narrative framing and messaging to creative rollouts, campaigns, and user-facing touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact videos, demos, tutorials, and visual content that simplify neuroscience + AI insights and make them engaging.
  • Guide social media direction through storytelling, content themes, and collaborations with creators/influencers that spark curiosity and trust.
  • Design creative initiatives and content systems that drive ongoing discovery, engagement, and long-term community connection.
  • Identify and experiment with new ideas, formats, and platforms to expand reach and deepen user understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with product, neuroscience, design, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and inspiring creative presence everywhere the product appears.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in creative leadership, product storytelling, or experience design, ideally in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer products.
  • Proven ability to launch new products and craft meaningful user experiences from the ground up.
  • A strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and exceptional storytelling skills.
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a doer + visionary approach.
  • Deep passion for wellness, lifestyle, neuroscience, or human transformation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
