Job Description

About the Role:

TBHR is looking for a Product Marketing Expert with7-10 years of experience to drive go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered solutions in the Medicare Advantage and managed care space. In this role, you will play a critical part in positioning our enterprise AI platform, crafting engaging messaging, and equipping our sales and marketing teams with the right tools to win in the market.

You will be responsible for leading product marketing activities, including positioning and messaging, content strategy, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, market research, campaign strategy and plans. Your work will directly impact how we communicate the value of our solutions to key stakeholders in the IT healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
  • Create sales and marketing assets (datasheets, case studies, videos, webinars).
  • Conduct market research & competitive analysis to refine positioning.
  • Collaborate with product, sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with targeted content.
  • Analyze marketing impact and optimize strategies.

What Were Looking For:

  • 6 to 7 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or health tech.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.
  • Experience in market research, sales enablement, and demand generation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in U.S. healthcare is a plus.
