Role Overview
The Product Marketing Specialist will be the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales, defining our positioning, refining our narrative, and ensuring every campaign and asset tells a clear and consistent story of value.
You'll own the end-to-end Product Marketing foundation: from crafting product stories and market differentiation to building launch plans, enablement decks, and insights that fuel demand generation and customer adoption.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop and maintain Omnibound's core positioning framework platform-level, module-level (MCE, Agents, Orchestration), and audience-level (CMO, VP Marketing, etc.).
- Translate complex AI and B2B concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Create and own messaging hierarchies, taglines, and tone-of-voice guidelines for all marketing assets.
2. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify white spaces and evolving trends in AI and B2B marketing.
- Build and maintain competitor profiles, differentiation maps, and SWOT analyses.
- Feed insights to the content and growth teams to refine campaigns and SEO focus.
3. GTM Strategy & Enablement
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design and execute product launch plans.
- Create product one-pagers, feature decks, use-case explainers, FAQs, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with growth, content, and design teams to ensure GTM storytelling consistency.
4. Internal & Cross-Team Alignment
- Act as the voice of the customer within internal discussions.
- Lead internal enablement sessions to educate teams on new narratives, positioning, and messaging.
- Ensure 100% alignment between website, blog, social content, and GTM messaging.
5. Measurement & Optimization
- Track the adoption of product narratives across marketing channels.
- Gather feedback from customers, prospects, and sales to refine positioning continuously.
- Measure GTM asset utilization, campaign alignment, and launch success metrics.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (MarTech or AI experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, product storytelling, and GTM strategy
- Proven ability to translate technical features into business value
- Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams
- Bonus: Experience creating sales or customer enablement content
