About the Role
This role is designed for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can drive the full spectrum of marketing functions—ranging from brand building and digital strategy
to product positioning and customer engagement. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support
business growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. The role
requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, brand, and product marketing streams.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs,and whitespace opportunities.
- Lead brand development and ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity acrossall platforms.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, email campaigns, and website performance.
- Develop and manage a robust content marketing strategy including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership.
- Drive product marketing initiatives including go-to-market planning, product positioning, and sales enablement.
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads across the buyer journey.
- Build and manage customer engagement programs such as loyalty campaigns, referral programs, and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to support co-marketing and partner enablement initiatives.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, andreport ROI.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and manage external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution.
Requirements and Skills:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in IT services or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to take products or services from concept to market with measurable success.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, GoogleAnalytics).
- Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and content development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in publishing or contributing to high-authority platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
