SFCC Backend Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business functionality into well-structured technical user stories and development tasks.
• Lead backend development efforts using SFRA, SFCC Scripts, Pipelines, Controllers, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement robust third-party integrations, including:
• Address, Shipping, and Tax validation services
• Payment authorization and fraud prevention systems
• CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS) integrations
• Perform code reviews and enforce SFCC development best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, solution architects, QA, DevOps, and project managers.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, supporting their technical growth and project delivery.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and reusability in all backend solutions.
