Role Overview:

As the International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies tailored to our diverse international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, regional marketing teams, and strategic partners to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns that elevate our brand and drive market growth globally. Your role will focus on crafting effective go-to-market strategies, managing brand consistency, leveraging digital platforms, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy Development:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in international markets. Develop market entry strategies and tailored marketing plans that align with cultural, economic, and regulatory factors in different regions.
  • Brand Management:
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging for international markets. Adapt marketing content to resonate with local audiences and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing channels globally.
  • Campaign Development & Execution:
  • Collaborate with regional teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Create compelling, localized content across digital platforms (social media, email marketing, website, ads) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to boost traffic and lead generation in international markets. Manage websites and digital platforms to ensure effective online presence and improved ROI.
  • Event Planning & Management:
  • Plan and oversee international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and build strategic relationships. Ensure seamless execution of events in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Performance Tracking & Budgeting:
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights to optimize strategies. Manage the marketing budget efficiently and allocate resources for maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead a team of international marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, regional marketing) to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in international marketing, particularly within global or multinational companies. Prior experience in the motor manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in international marketing strategies and market dynamics.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
