Assistant Manager Social Media Marketing

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews
• Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and report insights
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, PR)
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Social Media profile preferred
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
• Ability to speak and read in English and (input required language)
• Able to work a variable schedule
