Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
Work closely with stakeholders (clients, leadership, engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
Manage the complete product lifecycle ideation, design, development, launch, and enhancements.
Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively.
Lead product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams.
Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive iterative improvements.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success (adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction).
Ensure product development aligns with user experience best practices and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT services or software product environment.
Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development practices.
Hands-on experience in working with engineering and design teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
