At KJBN Labs, we're building a powerful AgTech platform that is transforming how agriculture companies manage production and field operations. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing - a 50-member team with customers across Africa.
We are looking for a product manager who can who wants to build things from scratch and take full ownership of Product.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap, including product decisions, prioritisation, and execution.
- Create detailed product specification documents for the design and development team.
- Work closely with design teams to go from ideas to user flows.
- Work closely with engineering on product delivery.
- Querying databases and monitoring dashboards to track product metrics.
- Research the market and competitive landscape to have a pulse on market direction.
- Work closely with founders on product decision
Role Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product.
- Ability to conceptualise, define, and articulate product roadmaps that align with both short-term deliverables and the long-term strategic vision of the company.
- Experience in launching new products (end-to-end product life-cycle)
- Stellar communication skills, enabling you to act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders and end-users.
Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (5-day office role)
