Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, andcompliance teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
Feature Launch and Adoption: Manage the features or enhancement launchesensuring their successful usage and adoption. This includes defining productrequirements, managing priorities, ensuring quality and compliance, and exploringmonetization opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide productenhancements and drive user adoption.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsto evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update senior leadership on product status,risks, and changes
What You Need
bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or arelated field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in US-basedenterprise-products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionableproduct features.
Proven experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical andnon-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with US healthcare and pharmacy operations will be an added advantage.
