A leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical digital products and internal platforms. Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for key IT and digital products.
- Gather and prioritize business, technical, and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Partner with engineering, UX, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Manage product backlogs and sprint planning using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead UAT, stakeholder demos, and release planning activities.
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for product success and adoption.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in IT Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Product roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems or platforms.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or enterprise systems is an advantage.
