Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and scale User Onboarding & KYC experiences across our app and web platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of user experience, compliance, and technology - shaping how investors first experience Grip. You'll work closely with leadership to build seamless, regulatory-compliant, and AI-assisted onboarding journeys that set new benchmarks for simplicity and trust.

Core Responsibilities

Own and optimize the entire user onboarding and KYC funnel from signup to investment readiness. Collaborate with compliance, design, and engineering teams to build innovative and regulatorily sound experiences. Drive improvements in funnel conversion, turnaround time, and user satisfaction through data-led experimentation. Leverage automation and AI to simplify verification and support journeys. Partner with leadership to define roadmap priorities and ensure execution excellence.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 23 years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer tech.
• Domain: Prior experience in KYC, onboarding, or verification systems is a strong plus.
• Strong grasp of user experience, data analytics, and regulatory tech.
• Skilled at problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with analytics and product tools (Mixpanel, GA4, MoEngage, Retool, Notion, JIRA).
• Experience or interest in using AI, automation, and no-code tools to scale operations.
• Strong communication skills and a bias for ownership.
