We are recruiting a high energy, ambitious product manager to drive our pivot to a becoming a solutions first company.
Reporting to CEO, the Product Manager will be responsible for
- Analysing recruitment practices globally and trends to identify disruption opportunities
- Scan, identify, and integrate third party technology products to our existing and new recruitment services to deliver end to end recruitment solutions to clients
- Conceptualise product integrations and full ownership of solutions
- Including but not limited to talent marketing, screening, interview process management, candidate coaching, assessments, etc
- Work with client and internal service delivery teams to ensure high service levels
- Incorporating feedback to consistently improve products and ensuring high quality service delivery
- Create long annual and 5 year technology and product roadmap for the business
- Experience and enthusiasm for AI and Automation in recruitment industry is a great plus
The right candidate will have great academics, team player attitude and ability to understand abstract problems and best fit solutions in scenarios where perfection isn't guaranteed. We want 4-8 years experience in a combination of software engineering and product management.
