Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical direction of the project and product, anticipating requirements and actively mitigating high risk developments by working on multiple feasible solutions and delivering the most stable, secure and scalable product.
  • Stay open for changes and that these changes can be implemented in a technically excellent and cost-effective way.
  • Leverage industry best practices, any technology opportunity and your own innovations to deliver the product/component.
  • Understand and incorporate the proper certification and compliance requirements into the product designs.
  • Participate in strategic planning for and delivery of expansion of the support strategy of current and new products.
  • Understand and incorporate design, development, manufacturing and deployment timelines whilst defining the functioning of the product.
  • Should contribute in defining quality gates & parameters /checklist for product/subsystems level.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, products in the market, the suppliers, and be on top of trends that shape the category and product vertical. Conduct market and customer research to shape future roadmap, develop product and solution concepts.
  • Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level
  • details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet the customer s needs.
  • Responsible for technical performance metrics of bots under CRN - maintain error rate below the acceptable threshold, and identify/deploy design fixes for any persistent issues

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering from Tier 1 institute with 3-8 years of experience with 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in supply chain/warehouse/Retail industry.
  • Hands-on Experience in design and development of automated units with complex moving parts (AGVs, EVs, etc.)
  • Awareness of Product Development Lifecycle from customer requirement to qualified product in least necessary time.
  • Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Domain knowledge of Warehouse is preferable.
  • Availability to travel and be based abroad for extended periods will be a plus.
