Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management.

- Ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a product idea.
- Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product ideas, strategy, and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues.
- Work with creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative and compelling product/support experiences.
- Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology (BizTech), and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.
