About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who blends strong user-centric thinking with an ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, intuitive digital experiences. As a mid-to-senior level designer, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape the user experience and visual design of our products.

You should have a proven track record of designing products that users love, and the ability to take a product from concept to delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and final hand-off.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, researchers) to define product goals and user needs.

Create user flows, journey maps, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for web and/or mobile platforms.

Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions.

Maintain and evolve our design system and ensure consistency across the product.

Balance business goals with user needs to design scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

3 to 8 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, particularly for complex applications or systems.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience designing for web and/or mobile (iOS and Android).

Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility, and user psychology.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and design-to-dev handoff practices.

Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Prior experience in [insert industry/domain: e.g., fintech, healthtech, SaaS, B2B].
