We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the day-to-day experience of TIST Media's platform — translating product thinking into clean, considered interfaces our users actually enjoy using. This is a craft - heavy role for a designer who is past the figuring out the basics stage and ready to take real ownership of features, partner closely with engineers, and grow into a senior seat over time. You will work across influencer marketing flows and AI - driven surfaces, supported by senior designers and product leadership, with plenty of room to push your own ideas.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute Product Design with Craft
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs for features across web and mobile-web — with the polish and clarity engineers need to ship.
- Take features from brief to handoff with growing independence, raising the right questions early and closing loops fast.
Contribute to Product Direction
- Partner with product stakeholders to pressure-test ideas, sharpen scope, and propose alternatives — not just pick up tickets.
- Bring user empathy into every conversation: surface friction you notice, flag UX gaps, and back your point of view with reasoning.
Use & Extend the Design System
- Build with TIST's component library as your default, and contribute new patterns when gaps appear.
- Sweat token hygiene, naming, states, and edge cases — the unglamorous work that keeps a system honest.
Design Thoughtfully for AI-Native Features
- Collaborate with senior designers and the AI / data team to shape interfaces around intelligent features — recommendations, generated content, and data - driven views.
- Care deeply about how trust, transparency, and explainability show up in the UI when AI is doing work on the user's behalf.
Collaborate Across the Company
- Show up to design critiques with strong opinions held loosely, and walk through your work clearly — rationale, trade - offs, and what you chose not to do.
- Work closely with engineering through build and QA so what ships matches what was designed.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2 – 4 years of product design experience, ideally in a SaaS, marketplace, or consumer platform.
- A portfolio that shows clean execution, attention to detail, and a real understanding of why — not just what — was designed.
- Comfortable iterating on established flows, and eager ( with support ) to take on more ambiguous 0 - to - 1 problems.
- Solid grasp of interaction patterns, accessibility basics, and mobile-first thinking.
- Curious about AI - native and data-heavy products — bonus if you've shipped any.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field — or a portfolio that speaks louder.
- 2 – 4 years of product design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma — components, auto - layout, prototyping and in micro - animation tools.
Growth Perks
- Learning and Certification budget.
- Exploratory travel budget.
- Flexible working hours.
- ESOPs options.
Budget
- Starting from 12 LPA, varies per experience and other factors.
