Key Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Execution: Support the end-to-end delivery of workplace tools, moving from intake and strategic visioning to final deployment and support.
• Requirements & Analysis: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, develop product briefs, and assist with feature prioritization.
• Data & Validation: Synthesize user research and build metrics dashboards to provide post-release validation and adoption analytics.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day administration, license renewals, and procurement activities for the digital tool suite.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, and business users to ensure application roadmaps align with organizational outcomes.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflow efficiency across the digital workplace ecosystem to drive higher employee productivity.

Qualifications

Experience: 13 years in business analysis, product management support, or IT administration within a SaaS-heavy environment.

Technical Breadth: Familiarity with administering productivity platforms such as Smartsheet, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Glean, or Airtable (these are examples and not a comprehensive list).

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret usage metrics, identify trends, and synthesize research into actionable insights.

Approach: A process-oriented mindset with an understanding of the product lifecycle (from discovery to end-of-life).

Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written skills for documenting FAQs, training materials, and stakeholder updates.
