Business Analyst/Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to own end-to-end product execution for a Web3 / blockchain / crypto exchange platform. This role involves strong ownership of product requirements, prioritization, and release readiness, with a heavy focus on functional testing and UAT for security- and compliance-critical workflows.

• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery PRDs/user stories acceptance criteria backlog grooming release planning
• Define end-to-end user journeys and edge cases for exchange-grade flows, including:
• User onboarding and identity verification
• Wallet, custody, deposits, and withdrawals
• Order lifecycle, fees, statements, and reporting
• Operational and risk control flows
• Lead testing and UAT activities, including:
• Test strategy and test case creation
• Regression testing and release sign-off
• Defect tracking, triage, and resolution
• Maintain process flows, functional documentation, and structured change control
• Work closely with engineering teams on:
• Integration-heavy features
• Operational readiness and monitoring needs
• Failure scenarios and reconciliation concepts

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager
• Hands-on experience in Web3 / blockchain / crypto exchange platforms (non-Web3 profiles will not be considered)
• Strong understanding of:
• Exchange user flows and transaction lifecycles
• Wallet and custody concepts
• Fees, audit trails, and compliance requirements
• Operational risk and control mechanisms
• Strong ownership of testing and UAT, including regression and defect management
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills

• Test management tools (TestRail / Zephyr / Xray or equivalent)
