Business Analyst AI Product
As a Business Analyst for our AI Product team, you won't just be taking requirements. You will be the architect of clarity. You will take high-level AI concepts (Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, or NLP) and turn them into actionable product specs that our engineers can build and our customers can love.
What You'll Do
Bridge the Gap: Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear user stories and functional requirements.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis on the AI landscape to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
The So What Factor: Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for AI featuresmoving beyond it works to it creates value.
User Advocacy: Work closely with UX and Engineering to ensure AI outputs are explainable, intuitive, and ethical.
Agile Leadership: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business impact, and lead sprint grooming sessions.

The Strategist: You hold an MBA and understand how a technical feature impacts the bottom line.
The Veteran (Junior-Level): You have 23 years of experience in a product development setup. You know that done is better than perfect in a fast-paced environment.
The Communicator: You can explain a Neural Network to a salesperson and a Revenue Model to a Data Scientist without losing anyone in translation.
The Tech-Adjacent: You don't need to code the models, but you understand the difference between training data and inference, and you're comfortable discussing APIs and LLM tokens.
Technical & Professional Toolkit
Education MBA is a must.
Experience 23 years in Software Product/SDLC environments.
Tools Jira/Confluence/Azure Devops, SQL (basic), Figma (for wireframes), and Lucidchart.
Soft Skills High emotional intelligence, persuasive storytelling, and conflict resolution.
