Product Associate (Content)

About the Role:

The Product Associate (Content) works at the intersection of learning products and curriculum for creating world-class learning products for kids and working professionals. The role involves understanding the requirements of learners, prompt engineering and understanding of how tech products work.

The role is ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience and offers the opportunity to develop next generation products for learners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design: Understand the learning goals of a course and translate that into a detailed curriculum plan using Gen AI. 

Prompt Engineering: Iteratively design prompts to generate the appropriate learning content for various lessons and courses. 

Product Testing and Improvement -  Conduct user testing of various learning products and work with the tech team to remove bugs and suggest new features for improving efficacy 

Content Generation through AI: Generate bulk content using AI prompts for various learning and product requirements. Automate workflows using various automation tools and AI Agents. 

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in English, mathematics, engineering, education.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in working in content development, product operations or any role that requires extensive use of Gen AI

Skills:

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

AI literacy and prompt engineering skills are a must-have

Understand of product and curriculum design is big plus
