This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Procurement Manager. As a key team member, you will oversee the procurement process, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing vendors, managing contract negotiations, reviewing supplier performance, analyzing procurement data, and aligning procurement activities with the organization's goals. The role requires a proactive approach to supplier relationship management and a strong focus on optimizing processes for improved outcomes.

• Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement to identify reliable vendors and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to establish favorable terms and manage agreements effectively.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate procurement data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement software and tools is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships professionally.
• Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
