Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Manager, located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, and optimizing procurement processes to enhance cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include supplier evaluation and management, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely availability of high-quality products and materials. The manager will also oversee inventory planning and work towards strategic partnerships with vendors to streamline supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Contract Negotiation
• Experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Evaluation, and Supplier Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Optimization
• Strong Analytical Skills and Experience in Cost Control and Budgeting
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational Skills
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software is an advantage
• Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry is a strong plus
