We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Specialist with
a strong accounting background to support and optimize our ERP system. This
role will work closely with the System Consultant and requires significant
interaction with finance team members, implementation teams, and other
stakeholders. The selected candidate will be part of a team dedicated to
supporting the Finance function in managing and enhancing the ERP system.

The Functional Specialist is responsible for delivering
implementation services to ERP finance users. This role involves rapidly
assessing user needs, developing effective solutions, and executing them to
ensure user satisfaction. The Specialist is also expected to support day-to-day
finance activities as needed and, in certain cases, collaborate directly with
the ERP consulting team to resolve issues.

The candidate should have a strong passion for supporting
finance and other users, with a focus on identifying innovative ways to enhance
operational efficiency. Continuously improving end-user satisfaction and
loyalty is a key priority. The role requires the ability to work under tight
timelines while ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

The Specialist will collaborate closely with the Finance
team and ERP consultants to design and implement scalable ERP solutions, manage
data, and ensure that financial processes comply with global accounting
standards. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Hinjewadi, Pune.

Key
Responsibilities –

• Lead end-to-end ERP
  implementations, enhancements, and system optimization.
• Analyze finance and business requirements and
  translate them into ERP functional solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, saved searches,
  reports, and dashboards.
• Work with technical teams on SuiteScript,
  SuiteFlow, and ERP customizations.
• Configure approval workflows, user roles,
  and system permissions.
• Ensure NetSuite configurations comply
  with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system
  integrations with NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to automate and
  optimize financial processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial
  closing processes.
• Assist finance teams with audit support,
  reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
• Vendor payment methods, banking, Sales Invoice

• Financial Reporting, GL,
  P&L, Balance Sheet impacts
• Strong experience in testing
  methodologies and preparing UAT criteria
• Develop business
  requirements, specifications, process flows, application designs,
  configurations, testing and deployments
• Provide input and contribute
  to the development of new processes and procedures for project completion,
  including developing new templates and documents
• Define detailed functional
  requirements for automation and integrations to ERP
• Work with technical teams to
  design and test automation and integrations
• Perform quality reviews of
  deliverables developed by other team members
