HR MIS

Responsibilities:

• Develop and generate regular HR reports including but not limited to headcount reports, attrition analysis etc
• Conduct in-depth data analsyis to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with BPHRs to understand reporting needs and provide data driven recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRMIS
• Implement and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline processes
• Stay abreast of industry trend and best practices in HR analytics
