About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Lead to drive strategic initiatives and lead the end-to-end development of fintech products in a dynamic, high-growth B2B environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping 0-1 product vision, scaling 1-10 solutions, and solving complex problems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What your day would look like -
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across one or more critical product areas, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision
- Lead the development of products from 0 to 1 and scale them from 1 to 10, with a strong focus on B2B fintech workflows
- Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand user problems and translate them into scalable solutions
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including discovery, prioritization, execution, and iteration
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure strong execution and successful delivery
- Use data, experimentation, and intuition to make thoughtful decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to growing the product culture in the organization
You'll be a perfect match if you have-
- 8–12 years of Post MBA (Tier 1 institutes only) experience in product management/ Consulting roles.
- Proven experience in B2B product development with a focus on fintech, regtech, or financial platforms
- Strong track record of building and scaling products in 0-1 and 1-10 stages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Expertise in GTM & Pricing
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product environments
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
