Presales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive, based in Bengaluru, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and conducting presales activities. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, assisting in the preparation of RFPs (Request for Proposals), providing prompt and efficient customer service, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into clients. Candidates will work within a collaborative team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business development objectives.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and understanding of prospecting strategies
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen to clients
• Experience in Sales and preparation of RFPs to meet client requirements
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative team environment
• Analytical skills to assess opportunities and develop strategic solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
