As a Pre-Sales Executive at RentOk, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound and sourced leads. Your core mission is to qualify leads, clearly communicate product value, and schedule high-quality demos for the sales teamensuring every demo is set up for conversion.
Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound/sourced leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
- Understand lead requirements (PG/Hostel/Co-living/Owner needs) and qualify them using a simple checklist.
- Explain RentOk's product suite in a crisp, relevant way (based on the lead's pain points).
- Schedule demos with the right stakeholder and confirm attendance (reminders + reschedules).
- Maintain clean tracking of lead stage, notes, and next actions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales/product team to ensure a smooth handoff and context for the demo.
- Handle objections at a basic level and ensure the lead stays engaged till the demo.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads contacted per day/week.
- Demo bookings and demo show-up rate.
- Lead response time and follow-up discipline.
- Quality of lead notes/context shared with the sales closer.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in pre-sales / inside sales / telecalling / customer onboarding (B2B or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication in English (regional language is a plus).
- Comfortable with high-volume calling + WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Organised and consistent with CRM updates and follow-through.
- Ability to quickly understand product workflows and explain them.
