Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and communication-driven Pre-Sales Executive who will act as a bridge between the sales team, technical team, and clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, presentations, demos, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT solutions, AI solutions, software products, and government project workflows, along with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Requirement Analysis
· Understand customer business needs, technical requirements, and pain points
· Conduct requirement gathering sessions (calls, meetings, demos)
· Translate business requirements into technical and functional documentation
2. Solution Mapping Presentation
· Propose suitable IT / AI / Software solutions aligned with client requirements
· Create solution architecture, flow diagrams, and use-case explanations
· Prepare and deliver product demos, walkthroughs, and technical presentations
3. Proposal Documentation
· Prepare:
o Technical proposals
o Commercial proposals
o Scope of Work (SOW)
o RFP / RF / Tender responses
· Customize proposals as per:
o Government departments
o Educational institutions
o Corporate clients
· Ensure proposals are clear, compliant, and persuasive
4. Sales Support
· Support the sales team during:
o Client meetings
o Negotiations
o Technical clarifications
· Act as a technical G solution expert during sales discussions
· Assist in pricing strategy and solution positioning
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
· Work closely with:
o Technical / Development team
o Product team
o Operations team
· Ensure feasibility, timelines, and delivery commitments are realistic
6. Tender Government Project Support (If Applicable)
· Analyze government tenders and eligibility criteria
· Prepare technical compliance documents
· Coordinate for certifications, experience proofs, and annexures
· Ensure submissions are accurate and timely
7. Market Product Research
· Keep updated with:
o Industry trends
o Competitor offerings
o New technologies (AI, Automation, Cloud, Analytics)
· Suggest improvements in product positioning and offerings
Required Skills Competencies Technical Functional Skills
· Basic understanding of:
o IT solutions
o AI / ML concepts (preferred)
o Software development lifecycle
o Cloud C SaaS products
· Experience in proposal writing and presentations
· Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
Communication Skills
· Excellent verbal and written English communication
· Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
· Strong presentation and client-handling skills

Educational ualification
· B.Tech / B.E / MCA / BCA / MBA (IT / Marketing preferred)
· Relevant certifications in Pre-Sales, Cloud, AI, or IT are a plus
Experience
· 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Tech Sales Support
