Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in driving conversions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and leads from various sources (portals, campaigns, website, etc.)
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates
  • Provide excellent customer experience and build strong relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 13 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support (real estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
