Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore Urban for a Teleca professional. In this role, you will communicate effectively with prospective learners and guide them through Vedantu's offerings, addressing any inquiries or concerns. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for students and parents. Meeting targets, contributing to the sales team's growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be key elements of your responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents effectively
  • Sales and lead management experience with a clear understanding of telecalling and customer engagement
  • Ability to work under targets, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM tools, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-ups
  • Fluency in English and regional languages (as applicable) is highly desirable
  • Educational background in Sales, Business, or related fields is advantageous
  • Previous experience in the EdTech industry or customer-centric roles is a plus
