Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Executive who can bridge the gap between potential clients and the technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients for IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, and AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
  • Understand and analyze client business requirements for software development projects.
  • Prepare project estimations, proposals, and solution documents.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct client calls, demos, and presentations to explain company services.
  • Qualify leads and ensure proper documentation of client requirements.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and converting leads into paying clients.
  • Maintain strong client communication throughout the presales process.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and solution planning.
  • Maintain CRM updates and track lead progress.
