Presales Consultant

Job Description:

Job Location: Bangalore

5-12 years of experience as functional consultant/ Business Analyst working with Banking and financial domains.

Deep understanding of banking operations (retail, corporate, payments, Deposits, lending, compliance)

Knowledge of enterprise architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration strategies is desirable but not essential

Ability to analyze the functional flow and its adaptation to the application. Ability to understand client pain points and map solutions effectively.

Ability to work with internal teams (product, delivery, sales) and external clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

Demo Environment set up and management

Ensure demo systems are updated with the latest product features and data sets.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize demo setups.

Create reusable demo templates and scripts for faster turnaround.

Maintain a repository of demo assets, RFP templates, and best practices.

Client Facing Demos and Presentations

Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals

Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.

Customize demo flows based on audience type (technical, business, executive).

Address client queries during demos and provide real-time solutioning.

Capture feedback and relay insights to product and sales teams for continuous improvement.

RFP/RFI Management

Draft compelling and customized responses that align with client needs and highlight solution strengths.

Track submission timelines and ensure compliance with client expectations.

Providing market inputs

Providing input to product management on market demand and functional requirements in future releases

Stay updated on product enhancements, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
