At The Signature Design Studio, we design luxury homes for discerning clients across Bangalore. Before the design begins, a conversation has to spark curiosity. That's where you come in.
This role is the first touchpoint of our luxury client journey. Your job is simple to explain but powerful in impact: connect with potential clients, build intrigue about our work, and bring them into our Experience Centre to meet our interior designers.
Think of it as the gateway to high-value interior design projects.
Your Mission
- You are the first impression of the brand.
- Your primary battlefield: the phone.
- Your objective: convert interest into studio visits.
- You warm up potential clients, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our design team — setting the stage for projects worth lakhs and crores.
Key Responsibilities
- Make strategic outbound calls to qualified leads and prospects.
- Introduce potential clients to our luxury interior design services.
- Build curiosity and position the value of visiting our Experience Centre.
- Schedule qualified appointments for consultations with our interior designers.
- Maintain and update the lead pipeline in CRM systems.
- Follow up with interested prospects and keep leads warm.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.
