Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Coordinator will oversee sales operations, maintain client relations, and serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, providing customer service, coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth workflows, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and contributing to sales reports for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support and optimize sales processes
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Experience and competence in sales processes to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using sales and office software tools such as CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and adapt in a dynamic workplace environment
- Prior experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
