Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Ultrasound Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing product demonstrations for the company's ultrasound equipment. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the team to devise impactful strategies. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and feedback collection from clients will also be required to ensure optimal market reach and product relevance.

Qualifications

  • Good in Ultrasound machine Mindray brand.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management, ideally in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of ultrasound equipment or a willingness to learn, with the ability to deliver product demonstrations and train healthcare professionals on its usage.
  • Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis, helping design competitive sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems for sales reporting and client management.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, or related field is required, with a preference for candidates having prior healthcare industry experience.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings and product demonstrations.
