As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, conducting market research, and driving early-stage outreach efforts. You will help create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by researching target accounts, preparing outreach lists, setting up meetings and demos, and assisting with customized sales collaterals. This role is ideal for someone with strong research capability, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in financial data and the BFSI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist potential customers across banks, NBFCs, and corporates.
- Conduct proactive cold calling and outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Drive the first level of conversations and understand preliminary client requirements.
- Qualify leads based on relevance, interest, and potential fit.
- Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain updated lead information and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales managers.
- Stay informed about Probe42's product offerings to confidently handle initial queries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to enhance conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Prior experience or internship in fintech, research, or data platforms preferred.
