Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Brand Manager to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru South location. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, and manage brand performance analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, identify growth opportunities, and drive audience engagement. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence across digital platforms and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Brand Management, Brand Strategy, and Brand Positioning
• Experience in Campaign Management, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Social Media Strategy and Content Marketing
• Skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Collaboration
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on Data Analysis and Performance Metrics
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Familiarity with tools and platforms for campaign management and analytics is an asset
