Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, from initial client engagement to proposal submission and presentation
Spearhead the development and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses
Create and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations of ChainThat's platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the insurtech space
Provide technical and business expertise to support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles, preferably in the insurance or insurtech sector
Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, challenges, and technology needs
Proven track record of successful RFP submissions and winning new business
Outstanding presentation and demo skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
