Job Description

  • Deep understanding of the loan origination cycle and underwriting process.
  • Ability to assess various mortgage documents for compliance and risk factors.
  • Knowledge of ATR/QM, RESPA, TRID, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan types.
  • Familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
