• Provide production support for critical business applications in live environments
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
• Work extensively on Unix/Linux systems for application support and troubleshooting
• Write and maintain PL/SQL scripts for data validation and issue resolution
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
• Support banking or enterprise applications in high-availability environments
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Work in shift rotations and provide on-call support when required
