Job Title - Workplace Service Delivery Analyst + Level 11 (Analyst) + CS&S

Management Level: Level 11 - Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Must have skills: MS Office Suite (MS PowerPoint/MS Excel)

Good to have skills: Operations management/Strategic thinking/Effective Communication (Written & Verbal)

Experience: At least 3-5 years of overall experience with last 1-2 years in business facing roles in a large international organization

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any disciple from a reputed institute

Job Summary:

The Workplace Space Planning analyst would be part of occupancy planning team and mainly responsible in assisting the space planning leads for the delivery of space for various business units within Accenture across all locations in India.

Core responsibilities include Seat assignments, tracking infrastructure management requests. Added responsibilities under space function and basic reporting of space metrics

One must have complete understanding of end-to-end processes involved in seat planning and deliver high quality and cost-effective solutions

One must have analytical skills to understand and deliver month end chargeability reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Query Management – Address end user queries from space perspective. Strive for first time resolution to all queries. Provide support to Space administrators from different functions on Seats, Meeting room, Enclosed space, Training, Projector and Surface hub reservations.

Seat Planning – Efficiently plan and assist space leads in assigning seats to projects/deal in the Tool, Co-ordinate with POCs for Infrastructure change requests, Co-ordinate movement of projects if required for space allocation. Initiate calls, track and share minutes with POCs and relevant

Create and maintain inventory as per Area file. Always ensure layouts and Area file match. Periodically perform reconciliation activities with help from on ground Workplace operations team and keep the database updated

Inventory administration – Accurately track all inventory changes and follow internal approval guidelines. Take accountability of infrastructure changes (IC) and ensure all process steps are followed by stakeholders, Signoffs on all seat loss, tagging space to IC, Initiate restoration request when needed, Co-ordinate renumbering, if needed and update layouts with help from Vendor

stakeholders on complex seat solutions. Assisting space operations leads in additional workplace initiatives as and when required
