Your Job

As a Travel & Expense (T&E) Auditor supporting Koch Capabilities India, you will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance by reviewing employee expense submissions, identifying exceptions, and conducting structured investigative reviews. You will help ensure accuracy, policy alignment, and risk mitigation across global travel & expense activities.

Our Team

You will be part of the Travel & Expense Audit & Investigations team within Koch Capabilities India. The team partners closely with finance, compliance, and business operations groups to drive governance, improve controls, and enhance the employee expense experience.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct detailed audits of travel and expense reports to ensure accuracy and consistent application of internal T&E policies.
  • Identify exceptions, patterns, and anomalies using data‑driven analysis.
  • Perform evidence‑based investigative reviews and prepare clear, concise audit and investigation summaries.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and high‑quality audit workpapers.
  • Analyze T&E data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for control enhancements.
  • Support creation or refinement of audit exception rules and recommendations to reduce risk and strengthen governance.
  • Engage with employees and managers professionally to clarify discrepancies and gather facts.
  • Escalate high‑risk observations promptly, in line with established protocols.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • 2–3 years of experience in audit, compliance review, risk assessment, or investigative analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify exceptions, trends, and anomalies in financial or operational data.
  • High professional integrity, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare clear audit documentation and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience working with corporate processes, policies, or internal controls.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Experience with T&E processes, corporate card audits, or policy reviews.
  • Exposure to exception‑based or AI‑driven post‑audit tools.
  • Understanding of global T&E governance and best practices.
  • Experience with Concur or similar travel & expense systems.
  • Background in internal audit or investigative review support.
