Finguru is looking for a results-driven PPC Executive to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital platforms. If you are passionate about performance marketing, analytics, and ROI-driven advertisingthis role is for you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC channels.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient utilization of advertising spends.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and drive continuous optimization for CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, UTM parameters, event tracking, and analytics integrations.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and in-platform dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, automation tools, and AI-driven optimization.
Who Can Apply
- 13 years of hands-on experience in PPC or performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Bing Ads & digital ad ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking setup.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns, remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
