Role Description:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels in various countries, with a focus on PPC, social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and programmatic ad buys
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager and Hubspot
- Develop and maintain performance reports, ensuring clear communication of campaign results and learnings to stakeholders
- Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaigns, and conduct thorough performance analyses.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance metrics
- Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide insights
- Experience with optimizing landing pages and improving quality scores
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
