Drive PAN India collections performance by managing portfolio quality & delinquency, improving recovery rates, and ensuring achievement of bucket-wise targets
Monitor portfolio health through MIS, dashboards and analytics, including collection efficiency
Design and implement data-driven collection strategies
Strengthen early warning systems (EWS) to proactively identify and mitigate portfolio risks
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, internal policies and audit requirements across all regions
Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Operations and IT teams to enhance portfolio quality and process efficiency
Lead and monitor regional collection teams and vendors, ensuring performance, accountability and capability building
Deliver actionable insights and governance reports to leadership for informed decision-making

Experience:
12 years in collections & portfolio monitoring
Strong exposure to NBFC / Construction Equipment
Experience handling multi-region / national portfolios
